9.44.020 Driving animals on streets prohibited. It shall be unlawful to drive, herd, or cause to be driven or herded upon any public street, alley, sidewalk or public place of the city any cattle, horses, mules, hogs, sheep or goats.
9.24.010 Hides. It shall be unlawful for any person to keep, store, or have in his possession, any green hide or any hide giving off an offensive odor.
