If your are under the age of 21 and you have in your possession a empty beer bottle, you may be charged with illegal possession of alcohol.

Sec. 6-2. Hours of sale. Alcoholic beverages may be sold, consumed or served or permitted to be sold, consumed or served in any establishment within the city from 7:00 a.m. each day until 2:00 a.m. the following day. (Code 1976, § 3-5; Ord. No. 606, § 1, 7-20-94)
