Establishments which sell alcohol must have enough lighting to read text inside them.
Sec. 3-4. Lighting. All licensees under this chapter shall be required to maintain a level of light within the licensed premises which would permit the checking of identification materials without resort to other lighting. (Code 1960, § 4-41)
Alcohol may not be served in nightclubs if dancing is occurring on the premises at the same time.
134-13. Alcoholic beverages prohibited. No person shall sell, give, dispense, provide or keep or cause to be sold, given, dispensed, provided or kept any alcoholic beverage on the premises of any dance hall establishment.
Candy may not contain more than 1% of alcohol.
Chapter 270: Section 8. Selling candy containing alcohol. Section 8. Whoever sells to a person any candy enclosing or containing liquid or syrup having more than one per cent of alcohol shall be punished by a fine of not more than one hundred dollars.
