Sec. 3-4. Selling alcoholic beverages to persons in motor vehicles prohibited. The selling of any alcoholic beverage directly to any person while in, on or otherwise occupying any automobile or other motor vehicle is expressly prohibited within the city. (Ord. No. 280, 3-14-83)
