Public urination is prohibited.

Sec. 11-44.

Public urination and defecation unlawful. It shall be unlawful for any person to urinate or defecate in any public place, or in any place within public view, other than a toilet facility provided for such purpose. A “place within public view” is any place where conduct by a person reasonably may be expected to be open to view by members of the public. A public place is a place to which the public or a substantial number of the public has access, such as, but without limiting the generality of the foregoing, streets, alleys, schools, places of amusement, parks, playgrounds, the common areas of private buildings and facilities as well as such areas of public buildings and facilities.
